At Food Zurich! Bread and chocolate: The perfect fermentation affair!

Discover the parallels between bread and chocolate at Food Zurich 2025! Fermentation is the magical process behind their complex flavors. Embark on a sensory journey as you bake your own sourdough bread and grind your own chocolate. Grazia from Grazia’s Baking and Andrea Hüsser from the Good Chocolate Hub will take you on the journey.

Highlights:
• Italian sourdough journey: Bake your own sourdough bread and experience the transformation of grains through fermentation.
• Bean-to-Bar Chocolate Alchemy: Follow the journey of the cacao bean from fermentation to finished chocolate with a traditional Mexican metate.
• Interactive tasting: Train your palate with artisan breads and select bean-to-bar chocolates.
• Sustainability in the Kitchen: Explore how local ingredients and social responsibility are shaping the future of bread and chocolate.

At the end of the workshop, you will not only take home a lot of new things, but also: a jar of sourdough starter, a handmade chocolate ball and a fresh chocolate cruffin – the trendy mix of croissant and muffin.

We look forward to welcoming you to the bakery at Mühlerama.
