Following the EuroBean Festival in Chemnitz, we will be exhibiting at another chocolate festival this year, the Bean-to-Bar Chocolate Festival at the Kulturmuseum St. Gallen. We are looking forward to a chocolate-filled weekend full of exciting conversations, critical questions and shared thoughts about the future of cocoa and chocolate. At the Good Chocolate Hub stand, you can also try your hand at making chocolate on a metate according to Mexican tradition as ’chocolate de mesa”.
Bean-to-bar means chocolate in its purest form – from bean to bar, handcrafted by mostly small manufacturers with a focus on transparency and sustainability. An ethical approach that we at Good Chocolate Hub fully support.
